Zebra Print Canvas Shoulder Bag

A statement vintage tote by cult Japanese accessories label Sazaby, crafted in chocolate brown and cream zebra-patterned canvas with rich brown leather detailing.

Cut in a generous, softly structured hobo silhouette, the bag features a curved open top and substantial leather handle suspended from aged gold-tone ring hardware. The graphic zebra canvas is offset by smooth chocolate leather trim, giving the oversized shape a distinctly early-2000s feel.

A concealed zip pocket is integrated into the front of the bag and finished with an oversized leather tassel — a playful detail that adds movement to the otherwise minimal silhouette.

Sazaby was founded in Japan in the 1970s and became known for functional, design-led bags created with an emphasis on everyday wearability. The longstanding Japanese bag label ceased operations in 2021, making its earlier designs increasingly interesting vintage finds.
