Shipping policy

Your Item will be shipped within 3 business days via AUS Post.

The customer is responsible for their package if it gets redirected to Ogma marked as unclaimed or incorrect address.
Ogma does not offer free shipping back to the customer, but we will re send at buyers expense. 

Ogma is NOT responsible for lost packages once confirmed delivered.

Ogma is NOT responsible for international taxes - Unfortunately some countries may charge taxes on our shipments, Ogma is not responsible for these charges.
