A beautifully understated vintage Prada mini bowling bag in a deep eggplant / aubergine purple, combining Prada’s signature Tessuto nylon with tonal leather trim. The curved bowling silhouette and abstract tonal quilting give it a distinctly early-2000s feel without being overly logo-driven. The deep purple colour is especially good—it reads almost black in low light and reveals the aubergine tone in brighter light.
The design appears consistent with Prada’s vintage Vitello-trimmed Tessuto bowling styles; I found a particularly close purple example described as an original 2000s model. Prada’s bowling silhouette itself dates to the Spring/Summer 2000 collection, which makes this style particularly relevant now with the renewed interest in archival Prada bowling bags.

Condition:
— The bag presents beautifully overall and retains a strong, structured silhouette. There is some stiffness to the leather consistent with age, particularly through the handles and reinforced leather sections. The Tessuto nylon shows visible vintage wear, including some light marks, surface wear and areas of slight discolouration/variation.
There is also visible scratching/scuffing to the leather corner reinforcement, most noticeably to one lower corner, plus lighter surface marks to the leather base and trim. Hardware shows normal age-related wear.
