About Jamin Puech In 1989, Isabelle Puech and Benoît Jamin were studying fashion design in Paris while making costumes for the theatre and the Opera. They presented their first bags at the prestigious Hyères International Fashion and Photography Festival — and won first prize. Bergdorf Goodman bought the entire collection on the spot. They went on to design bags for Chanel, Balmain and Chloé before launching Jamin Puech in Paris in 1992, opening their now-iconic boutique-atelier in the Marais.
