Fair condition. Rabbit fur can be prone to ageing less gracefully than other furs, and this piece shows some fur peeling in a few places that would benefit from gluing down or minor repair - this is likely dry rot. This happens when the underlying leather hide dries out, loses its natural oils, and breaks down from age or bad storage. Please be advised this condition will not last for years to come and will continue to deteriorate.
In saying this it still has life left. I recommend keeping away from other furs it’s in own breathable bag.
