A distinctive vintage leather bag by Japanese label Dakota, crafted in rich chocolate brown leather with a beautifully lived-in finish. Designed with an oversized horseshoe appliqué to the front, antique-tone stud detailing and long leather fringe cascading from either side.

The softly structured silhouette and double top handles give it an effortless slouch, while the equestrian-inspired horseshoe and exaggerated fringe bring a strong Y2K bohemian feel. A particularly cute and unusual Dakota piece with plenty of character.

Good vintage condition with natural signs of previous wear throughout. The leather displays creasing, variation in tone, surface marks and a developed patina consistent with age and use. Hardware has some age-related patina. Fringe shows natural curling and variation. These characteristics complement the distressed vintage appearance of the piece.
